Chocolate Brownies

(with white chocolate chips)

To make 12 Brownies:

100g 70% Dark Chocolate

125g Butter

150g Caster Sugar

2 eggs

100g Self Raising Flour

100g White Chocolate or Walnuts (Depending on your preference)

1 Bowl

1 small bowl

1 wooden spoon

1 saucepan

1 chopping board

1 sharp knife

1 4 by 4 small baking tray

1 Wire Rack

  1. Set your oven to 180 degrees or Gas Mark 5.

2. Melt the butter and the broken up Dark chocolate over a low heat in a bowl over a saucepan of boling water.

3. Break the eggs into a bowl and mix in the sugar to make a frothy mixture.

4. Once the Chocolate and Butter is melted, pour it into the frothy mixture and mix it with a wooden spoon.

5. Add the self raising flour and mix it in.

6. Break the white chocolate up on a chopping board and add it to the mixture.

7. Scoop the mixture into a Greased tray and put it in the oven for 15 minutes (You can add an extra 5 minutes if its not done).

8. Once its done, cut the brownies up into 12 squares and leave them to cool on a wire rack.
